Shipping Policy
We process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Time
- Australia Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Australia Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary during peak periods, sales events, or due to courier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD
- Standard shipping: $9.95 AUD
- Express shipping: $14.95 AUD
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be attached
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue either store credit or an exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major product faults.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags
